Stanislav “Stano” Hrivnak is Lead AI Architect at Bytemethod.ai, a Dexian company, where he turns cutting-edge AI into business solutions focused on ROI and operational efficiency for global organizations. Stano has worked in AI and machine learning since 2017, initially as a Data Scientist at IBM and GlobalLogic, and later as Lead AI Engineer at HireLogic, a venture-funded US startup and pioneer in applying AI to interview intelligence.
Stano holds a PhD in Computational Biophysics, where he developed image reconstruction algorithms for biomedical micro-CT imaging. His doctoral research took him to universities and institutions in Stockholm, Hamburg, and Göttingen. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences, won the Falling Walls Lab global pitch competition in Slovakia in 2017, and was named to Slovakia’s Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2019.
