Silvia Barbera Fortuna is a Senior Director and Innovation Lead at Eli Lilly and Company, with more than 20 years of international experience across finance, business transformation, and digital innovation.

She works at the intersection of finance, artificial intelligence, and human flourishing, where she leads large-scale transformation initiatives, builds and develops global teams, and champions the use of automation, data, and emerging technologies to drive meaningful business impact.

In addition to her corporate role, she serves as HBA EMEA Secretary and Treasurer and founder board member of the Healthcare Life Science Club by Politecnico di Milano, supporting governance and strategic initiatives within the healthcare business community in Europe.
